  • These plans are designed for those who will not be able to wait to re-live the beautiful moments from your special day, but you already know you will have to wait 2-20 weeks for the gallery from your photographers and videographers.

  • Content Creators are not a substitute for professional photographers and videographers. You still need them for your album-worthy photos and well-edited films. Consider us as an addition to your media team.

  • Yes, that is something we can do! However, we would love to meet with you and discuss the best strategy for publishing content after your event.

  • Of course! It will be a priority of ours to receive a list of important names and account handles during our Content Prep meetings that we will constantly refer to while publishing real-time stories on your behalf. We will also provide our list and strategy post-event so its easy for you to refer to when publishing the highlight/trending videos.

Partnership Overview

1. Day 1 | Initial Discovery Meeting πŸ’»

Before you decide to hire us, an initial consultation will help us to understand the general picture of your special event and see if we are the right fit for your plans that day. This consultation will also help us design a customized package if you are looking for something outside of our standard packages.

2. Two Months Prior | Content Planning ✏️

Once you decide to hire us, you will sign the contract and pay the retainer fee to lock in your date (we highly recommend you to lock in your date as soon as possible due to high demand in the wedding season). Once that is done, we will schedule a time to meet, plan inspirations for your short videos, strategize a shot list, and discuss a timeline of your event.

3. One Week Prior | Final Meeting ✨

1-2 weeks prior to your event, we will meet to finalize the timeline, shot list and gain a list of all the important accounts to tag. This is where we can make any final changes such as new transitions, new trending sounds, etc.

4. Event Day | Show Time 🀳

It's here and you deserve to enjoy every bit of it. Sit back and relax - We will follow the timeline and be there to capture every moment.

5. Post Event | Content Delivery πŸ’Œ

We will deliver your gallery within 48 hours. That means you get to re-live the moment and post event re-caps without waiting several weeks - comes with one round of complimentary edits.
