Cancellation Policy

Your Remember Media subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. Agreement to automatic renewals was included in your acceptance of our terms & conditions during sign-up. You are entirely responsible for canceling your own account. If you wish to cancel, you MUST do so through your Remember Media account under Settings >> Billing. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email.

You can cancel or change plans at any time. However, if you choose to cancel or change plans, please notify us by the 15th of the month to avoid the fees for next month’s subscription charge. Oftentimes, we have already begun next month’s content and strategy to provide the best service to you. If you cancel your subscription after the 15th without letting Remember Media know, we have the right to charge your credit card on file for the amount owed on the original date of your subscription to our services.

Please note: if you cancel your account, we are responsible for keeping any content or info in our system for one month.
